overnight because of the rain. notice with the front being through we have clouds from the west but we will not get in total sunshine but we will see the breaks and the rain returns are feeding with isolated chance in the afternoon across our higher elevation in the north bay and along the santa cruz mountains and by 7:00 it is just about over and the fog will form. we will have high clouds and sun and temperatures the same as today and it will be repeated on saturday with less fog on sunday and monday and right now it is dry through wednesday. be careful. no matter how wet it is we have construction crews and we look at the golden gate bridge you can see the flashing lights so be particularly careful with reduced visibility and with the celebrity conditions we have cones getting pigged up and i see someone walking on the road so you have to be very cautious when you head out the door.

it is raining in san francisco. we have a sig-alert but not because of an accident but a fuel spill. a big rig was having problems eastbound 80 so the ramp should down at essex with a couple of lanes on the main lane to clear things out. further to the south we have southbound flooding to eastbound 80 and 280 needs to be cleared because water is checking and pooling? be careful of hydroplaneing. >> they ribbed their -- risk their lives in a moment's notice, a hidden danger for firefighters. >> and changing the lives of thousands of people.
