live from the kgo-tv broadcast center this is abc7 news. >> good thursday morning. >> good thursday morning. it is about 5:0 now fog. we can see the bay bridge better than five minutes ago showing the fog is moving but mostly moving from east to west, different than with marine layer fog. this is radiational fog, visibility at three miles per hour in hayward and 1.75 visibility in petaluma. rain is on the way. that is ahead in the forecast. this is just a matter of a few minutes at the golden gate bridge, mother nature is giving us dense fog from marin to san francisco. be careful. use the low beams.

here is a look at the bay bridge toll plaza. we are seeing a few extra cars making their way from the east bay into san francisco a crash over the santa cruz mountains with more detail on that if a few minutes. three students are being treated after being shot by a gunman on the florida state university campus as students were studying for finals. nick is in the newsroom. we know the gunman has been shot. dead. was he a student? >> we do not know. cops have been tightlipped with the identities of the shooter and his victim sharing few details. >> if anyone has been shot called 9-1-1 on your cell phone, there has been a shooting. >> shots rang out and cell phone images captured the chaos and confusion of hundreds of students scrambling for cover. three people were wounded in the
