we have been following the story all morning. police have given "all clear," but not identified the shooter. or why he opened fire the hundreded scrambled for cover after warnings were issued of a danger on campus. three students were shot inside the school's library. the gunman was shot and killed after turning his gun on officers. students barricaded doors with tables and chairs while police cleared the campus. >> security was not an issue this person, for whatever reason, produced the handgun and began shooting in the library. our response combined with the city of tallahassee was in minutes. >> two victims are in the hospital, one in critical and the other in stable condition. a third student was grazed and treated and released. officials confirm all three are officials confirm all three are students at the university.

advantage of low price to re-sell for profit. they deactivated accounts because of selling to rocket consumers from increased prices that are not stored properly. according to reuters the lawsuit claims only those with e-mail addresses from china domains were blocked affecting thousands of shoppers. four women who filed the lawsuit say they lost all of tear reward points accumulating from buying hundreds of dollars from sephora. the lawsuit significantly distorts the fact and clients from a number of countries from around the world have been impacted. the plaintiffs are seeking damages and a court order barring the company from engaging in the alleged practice . famed director mike nichols has passed away. we made the announcement after 4:00 a.m. our time.
