train north bound 443 train hit a car just before 7:30 tonight. the woman driving the car wasn't hurt. it was unclear how she ended up on the tracks. cal trans was stopped for more than an hour. a man busting out of a window caught on camera. he was shown running away from a home with something tucked under his arm. just moments before you see him looking in the window and on the other side of the house looking to see if anyone was around. noer another man was with him. the home owner says his computer was stolen. he calls it frustrating and scary and hopes someone recognizes these guys and calls police. an elderly man died this morning around 7:45.

news. right now workers are replacing aging joints on the western span of the bay bridge. people who live near by say it is costing them sleep. cal trans said they will try to do the jack hammering early each night. this search is on for a man accused of sexually assaulting a seven-year-old girl in san francisco's bathroom in pacific heights in lafayette park yesterday. police released this sketch hoping someone will recognize him. religious militants killed 28 on a bus in kenya. a group linked to al qaeda high jacked the bus and shot everyone who wasn't muslim leaving them dead on the side of the road.
