another security breach at san jose riz airport. tonight a man faces charges for running on to the taxiway and stealing a maintenance truck. we given this developing news. the security breach happened this morning. it's the third security scare at mineta san jose international airport this year. cornell bernard is live at the airport. cornell, security officials still don't know how the man got on the taxiway? reporter: no. in fact how he got the still very mach mystery tonight. police sale he was arrested here at terminal b after stealing a

truck and compromising airport security. >> private jets are taxiing from the facility on the best side of mineta international. the same taxiway whering my gail zaragoza was spotted walking around. atlantic employees escorted the man behind and calls the police but he fled the building. then he saw a maintenance working by his truck. >> he asked the maintenance worker for a ride to the terminal. the answer was no and he proceeded to get into the vehicle and drive it on the street side to the airport terminal. >> police say zaragoza drove down coleman avenue in the stolen truck and made his way curbside to terminal b where he was arrived by police, who say the man was acting strangely, possibly under the influence of

drugs. >> he jumped into one of the trucks and took off. >> word of the stolen truck quickly spread among airport workers today. >> the person who got his trucks going, he is okay? >> there was no one hurt. >> the security breach is the third this year flint. april 5-year-old boy got on to the taxiway and stowed away inside the wheel well of a hawaiian airlines jet, and in august, a woman went past a boarding gate flew to los angeles without a ticket. the most recent breach raising the question how did the man get on the flightline. >> working with tsa to determine how he got on the airport. >> the airport says it's investigating. cornell bernard, abc7 news. >> a catholic community prayed today while pledging to rebuild the church it lost to a fire a

started while the tank was being and i would was possibly overfilled. three nearby fire departments were called in to assist crews. firefighters say the situation could have been much worse with other storage tankses and gas pumps nearby. >> we were very happy with the outcome of it. we were able to contain it, once we were able to get our resources there. and our foam and get set up, we were able to contain it in fairly short order. >> fire crews were able to contain the fuel. no one was hurt and there was in other damage in addition to the charred tank. investigators say alcohol may have played a roll in a wrong-way traffic accident that killed two people. the chp received 9-1-1 calls of a wrong-way driveway in southbound lanes of 101. his toyota slammed head-on into a nissan sentra. both drivers were killed. a female passenger in the sentra was cut out of the wreckage and

was seriously hurt. a pickup truck was also involved but the driver was not hurt. >> san francisco police released a sketch of a man who sexually assaulted a girl in a playground bathroom. this sketch is based on a description from the victim. this man is accused of assaulting a seven-year-old girl friday afternoon at lafayette park in pacific heights. new details about two young girls in columbus, ohio, who were tested for ebola. the tests are negative. public health officials say the children were won'tfully west africa with their mother. the four and six-year-old girls were run running a fever yesterday and the family contact editors immediately. doctors say the girls have the flu. many people are concerned about ebola so we posted a detailed list of seven things you need to know, including the origin, symptoms and how it's transmitted. that's at abc7.com.

>> a 12-year-old boy in ohio is dead. he was brandishing what turned tout be a fake gun when he was shot by a cleveland police officer. the man -- a man called 9-1-1, saying the boy was at a playground with a pistol. he told the operator he didn't know if the gun was real or not. police say responding officers fired two shots when the bee reached nor fake gun in his waistband after being told to put up his hands. >> we don't come to work and want to use force against anybody. we're part of this community and our job is to respond, assign, and protect the community. >> police say the weapon was an air soft top gun resembling a semi automatic pistol with the orange safety indicator removed. it's the same type of weapon mix could gun that investigators say was involved when a santa rosa sheriff's deputy shot and killed 1-year-old andy lopez in

protest a tuition increase. it's now day five of a student protest at u.k. berkeley's wheeler hall. they took their message to the big game, dressing in green and handing out green lib rones. last week the regions voted to raise tuition to up to five percent a year over the next five years. a built of a slow start to st. anthony's curbside turkey drive. it kicked off yesterday in san francisco and the church collected 220 turkeys. a spokesman from st. an anyone's says that's lest than last year. the church needs to collect 250 turkeys a day to reach the goal of 1500 by thanksgiving. curbside donations will be accepted monday through thanksgiving from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. abc7 is helping bay area food banks this holiday season during our thanksgiving food drive through the end of the month. you can give where you live by texting the word "feed" to 80077. that will make a $10 donation.

to get out of town for thanksgiving holiday events, going to be an easy go along the west coast. clear and cool overnight. tracking a warmup that peaks tuesday and wednesday, and then the next chance of rain enters the forecast on the weekend. high pressure, couldn't have timed it any better. it means mild and mainly sunny days ahead. this high pressure is not going anywhere anytime soon so expect sunshine for your monday. take a look at the forecast from sunrise to sunset, not a cloud to be seen going through future mode by mid-day and early afternoon, that sun will be the full effect. so take a look at the temperature trend, specifically in san jose for the week ahead. the average high -- i'll back out. 66 degrees. wearing go to peak temperature-wise wednesday at 75. very mild degrees. and then slowly drop back into the 60s next weekend as rain enters the forecast. so, taking a look at overnight lows. a couple 40s north bay, 48, san jose.

and then tomorrow, sunshine and full effect, with temperatures in the 60s. 65, san francisco. 68, vallejo. 67 for san jose. want to quickly touch on the wednesday storm happening on the east coast. if you're traveling or expecting people from the west coast to the west coast, could be dicey. the storm has 575% chance of taking a track close to the coast instead of moving tout sea. only 25 thursday chance. as you take a look at the track as its close to the coast, wednesday evening, by 7:00 p.m., we're seeing snow and up down the i-95 corridor, meaning flight delays and hazardous highways. so expect delays if you're traveling to or from the east coast. we're looking good. sunshine for monday, tuesday, wednesday, even turkey day on thursday. it's sunrise quiet. we're dry. and then we'll track our next chance of rain friday evening into saturday and looks like the system will stall and even sunday continuing the rain chance. >> drew, thank you.
