police confirm confirmed the victim was taken to the hospital where he died. we have not heard of arrests or what the motive could have been behind this shooting just that there was a murder here overnight and they are investigating. >> developing news at san jose international airport where investigators are trying to figure out how a man got if a restricted area and stole a maintenance truck. the 39-year-old is charged with stealing a vehicle and trespassing and he was initially detained after being spotted on a loading ranch. he got away and commandeered a work truck and drove off the second time this year someone breached security at the airport. in april, a 15-year-old boy scaled a pens and made his way to the wheel well of a hawaiian airlines jet surviving a five-hour flight to maui.
