friday in support of local merchants. small businesses in oakland received the brunt of the violence and deinstruction from the protests this week. oakland is offering free parking, coffee, and pie to entice holiday shoppers and local residents to come down and spend money. >> protesters reacted to the grand jury decision in the death of michael brown in missouri. san francisco will be have another march for michael brown with protesters asked to gather at embarcadero at market street at 5:00 p.m. for a march dub market and they could go as far as union square and try to interrupt holiday shopping. in ferguson, its was a quiet night as the national guard patrols the streets and many residents painting a picture of hope by painting barred up windows. several retail stores in the st. louis area protested in the protested shouted but in reports of arrests.

everyone has fog. in san rafael, we do not have any cars and look how thick the fog is. there are headlights, barely, hopefully they do not have the lights on. dry and hazy even with the fog lifting, it will be hazy, the rain arrives tonight and the weekend could be a wash out with rain on and off the entire weekend and lighter on monday as we are between the storms and the second come comes in and gives us a one-two punch, sfo hassing for over sfo and san mateo bridge is hard to see and that is the approach so expect delays. we will know in 30 minutes or so. temperatures are upper 50's to low 60's where the fog could never completely wash out in the north bay as the rain comes in right around sunset at 5:00 and low-to-mid 60's elsewhere. tonight you can see the rain reaching all of our neighbors and milder when you step outside tomorrow upper 40's to middle 50's is the own consolation.
