covering daly city, dublin, los gatos, and all the bay area, this is abc7 news. we are following breaking news in texas, a man is dead after austin police say he opened fire on several downtown buildings including police headquarters. the assistant police chief says he may have had explosives. this happened before dawn and no word on a possible motive. investigators say an officer who was outside police headquarters saw the suspect who was wearing a vest and shot him. no one else was hurt. >> it doesn't cover it to state 49 ares did not play well last

my grandkids bought this nest learning thermostat. programs itself... connects to their precious phones. i don't like it. being cold builds character. walking back and forth to the thermostat builds leg muscles. when the internets come to life and all these gizmos turn on us, these kids won't be able to run away on those shriveled little calves. will they love their nest thermostat then? i don't think so. the nest learning thermostat. welcome to a more thoughtful home.
