after an altercation threw coffee on a woman, a barista chased him out with a bat. what a scene. the man then went into an apartment building and tried to problem an officer. investigators say there was a life-and-death struggle for the officer's gun and the officer was off duty. the suspects with shot in the cleft and is in critical condition at civilian general. >> move out day in san jose for the last remaining residents of what many was the largest homeless encampment in the united states. this morning, the city enforced the ever investigation deadline on "the jungle." a lot of clean up and emotion. >> i have seen a lot of people begging not to have their things picked up. >> waste pollutes the creek that runs into the bay so officials say it is necessary to break down the camp for health and safety reasons.

>> a little bit of break for some. we still have showers and one is rolling through san francisco right now but it will not aggravate any of the flooding in marin county if you get flooding, it will be because of the tidal surge not because of the wet weather we get today. our rainfall season started july 1 and now we have a surplus of more than 1" in livermore to 2.75" at moffett field and santa rosa is up there but the bucket is having issues so we still have wet but nothing official. when we do, they will join the map. the winds are coming from the southwest and they are pumping us full of humidity and it is that humidity, it is keeping us foggy in the overnight and still, a little bit of fog in the north bay 1.5 mile in santa rosa and keeping the moisture around to keep the showers in. here is what is moving from brisbane, south san francisco, right into the bayview district and the heart of san francisco
