tomorrow supervisors will announce plans for the office which would provide services to immigrants seeking citizenship and work visas and protect them from becoming victims of immigration scams. it is in response to the president's executive order on immigration reform issued last month. the order effectively ended the threat of deportation for millions of undocumented immigrants. most children of children of u.s. citizens. the duke and duchess of cambridge arrived in new york city a few hours ago for their very first visit to the big apple. first up the carlisle hotel. they will visit the national september 11 memorial and museum and catch a brooklyn nets basketball game. kate is scheduled to tour a development center and william is set to meet with proebl at the white house tomorrow, to meet with the president. the rain is coming back with a vengeance. >> the first half will have iran

rather quiet. then we focus for another potential soaking of the storm. live doppler 7 hd will show you the sweep around the bay area is a dry one. you look toward the north. there is a line of showers that will stay well to the north of us. it is associated with the weak front that will bring us some overcast skies. a gorgeous view from our east bay hills camera. generally a lot of blue up there. you do notice on the horizon, there are some clouds and the clouds as you go through the overnight hours will thicken. the forecast call for overcast skies building in along with patchy fog there. there's a chance of an isolated shower particularly in the north bay. then we focus late week with concerns we have as a stronger storm likely approaches the bay area. right now, the comfortable december night out there. we're in the 60s in many spots. 64 in hayward. 62, mountain view. right now, napa in the upper 50s at 57 degrees.

satellite and radar will show you, here's the cold front moving in. it is a very weak cold front. there is not a lot of moisture associated with thflt much of the rain confined to northern california. for us in the bay area, i think the chance of an isolated shower will be confined to the north bay. tomorrow morning it will be an overcast day with peeks of sunshine here and there as we advance the clock into monday afternoon. 4:00. another mild december day across. there is the chance around cloverdale and santa rosa. we could pick up an isolated shower. highs for the monday. 65 in san francisco. 66 for napa. 67 in concord. 70, the high in san jose and palo alto getting to a high of 69 degrees. fast forward the clock into wednesday evening where we watch this next stronger potential storm move in. early thursday morning, we do notice light rain from san francisco to the north. then thursday, it looks like the storm sbenls identifies off the coast. by thursday afternoon, into thursday evening, we could be

dealing with heavy rain across the region and some strong winds. so concerns we had, especially on thursday. heavy rainfall. potentially two to four more additional inches of rain could lead to possible flooding. especially on the roadways and a chance of an increase in mud slides. with the storm intensifying, we could see some strong and potentially damaging winds. the combination of the soaking rain and the strong winds could down some trees and bring us a potential for power outages. still several days away from the storm so continue to fine tune the timing and the concern toward thursday. the accu-weather forecast shows you a quiet start to the week. we're seeing an isolated shower tomorrow. tuesday, it is a dry day. some sun but then wednesday night that next storm approaches. then thursday right now, we have heavy rain, very breezy windy conditions. even lasting into friday. so all eyes are really on the storm on thursday to bring us another round of soaking rain. >> okay. thank you. temecula family is calling a father/daughter reunion an early
