matt? >> yes, this is not going to be good. this is the southbound direction you can see the cars are being diverted here at s road off of 17 and they are being turned around on to the northbound lanes back into santa clara county. this is the reverse commute side so you know that the northbound side is much, much worse and people from santa cruz are trying to get into silicon valley and i have the san jose c.h.p. office. can you explain what happened at the cut off? essentially it sounds like a tree fell over into the lanes. we did not know the cause. we presume it is weather related. however, the free is across the southbound lane and it knocked down power lined that extended across the southbound and northbound lane. we have had to top traffic if both directions to avoid crossing the power lines. >> we hear there is a backup on the northbound side maybe 100 vehicles. >> yes, the last update was 15 or 20 minutes ago with 100
