how wet is it? >> kristen, it is. coming down. my mission was to find the rain. high photographer and i have been riding around trying to understand what, exactly, we are seeing in marin and we checked out an area that had experienced a mudslide. on tuesday they had the put slide and the residented experienced flooding. it looks good. like everyone else we are keeping our eyes on the sky to see how much rain coming down. we know we have been in a drought so we are enjoying the rain but too much too soon has caused the particular flooding. what we do know is that here in marin they are prepared, they are saying if we do have instances of flash flooding we will provide sandbags so right now we are trying to keep an eye on things and the heavier stuff is expected later today toward

richmond residents are warned the chevron refinery may show flames after dramatic flaring last night visible for miles. the word from chevron, it is not a health risk to the neighbors. amy hollyfield is at the refinery. kristen, it looked scary but chevron says it was nothing to worry about. here is what people could see last night from all the way from last night from all the way from across the bay, a one official said this is not something you want to be breathing. chef reason says the public was not at risk and no one was hurt. monitor showed the air was fine. haz-mat was on scene monitoring the situation and helping explain what was happening. >> they take the excess fuel in the unit and send it to a smokestack where there is a fire on top that burns off the excess
