there will reports of multiple gunshots at the park on skyline drive this morning. vallejo found the body of a man in his 20s on a trail about 200 yards from the parking lot. no suspects were seen leaving the area. the rain is gone but in the north bay there is still some flooding this weekend, and that is because of king tide. this is a look at the parking lot along redwood highway in mill valley. we're seeing the tide at its highest level of the year. drew tuma has more. >> the earth right now is the closest to the sun, and the position of the moon over the next couple of of days will create high tides known as the king tide. we eave -- have a coastal flood advisory, the areas shaded in green. some seawater could spill on to roadways, sidewalks and trails. so if you see flooding during times of high tide, it will be

>> i heard this loud -- the building just shook. and i thought it was an earthquake. >> but she came outside to find this. that took a few pictures. the tree totaled her corvette and damaged two other vehicles. it broke windows, knocked merchandize off the walls and punched several holes in the to roof. >> there was so much debris and everything. just up in the air and coming down, and i -- it was quite an explosion, really, with the way the tree hit. >> more rain is on the way and she is in a hurry to make repairs. a recent string of storm continues to impact people across the bay area. >> in albany, restoration crews pump water out of a basement that flooded. >> a lot of phone calls. >> the owner says they're busier than ever, working ten jobs a day. he is mostly seeing flooded homes. >> a house that we're working on

yesterday, and they had a lake in their backyard, and the water was just coming through -- up the steps and seeping inside the lady's house. she had all of her towels and blankets trying to dam the spot. >> his crews vacuum out to the water, and sed up humidifiers. he said the best thing to do is clean out gutters and use sandbags. >> they're still cleaning up from last week's storms in redwood city. sandbags line the perimeter of a mobile home park. the park flooded last week, and people who live there had to evacuate. everyone is back home now and no one wants to see the area flood again. there's still a lot of standing water that that be pumped out. we were there today volunteers with the suu kyi foundation stop by to replace things people lost. the brought over clothing donations this afternoon.

how is it looking. >> it is looking really busy. take a look over here at the parking lot. it's kind of packed full of people waiting for parking spaces. staff say it's been like this all day, since they opened early this morning. it's clear that shoppers across the bay area are cramming a lot of their last-minute buying into the last saturday before christmas. inside the center, the grift -- the gift wrappers were busy, and people said they did much of their shopping online but a few items they could only get the mall. one of those must-have presents this year are the new air jordans. one woman told us she spent an hour in line to buy hers. the other reason why some last-minute shoppers are flocking to malls is because there are still plenty of deals to be found. we saw lots of sales at quite a few stores and it may just be a little too late to get those

the state's unemployment numbers are at the lowest level since early in the great recession. the jobless rate dropped to 7.2%

in november. more than 90,000 jobs created. the second most since the state started tracking in 1990. economists say it's impressive because it's across the board in all regions and job categories in california. not only did the state add jobs but more people started for looking again. economists believe science and technology are leading the economy's recovery. here's a look at the bay area half. rein county continues to be the lowest in the state. more than 12,000 new jobs were created in alameda and contra costa county last month but they continue to have the bay area's highest unemployment rates. in san francisco, the holiday was made a little happier for children whose parents are in jail. some inmates were able to give gifts to their kids thanks to family program and hundreds of donations they've took parenting classes and wrote essays about five things they'd like to give their child and why. only one thing could be a material item. during a special visit today the parents got to spend time with

thousands of children who would otherwise not have received any toys for the ohio received brand new ones today. this is glide family services' annual toy giveaway. lots 0 families in need waited in line this morning. the event is in its 30th year and going strong thanks to the bay area's generosity. >> christmas is about the children, and so see their faces when they receive toys, when you see that, it's so much joy. >> 10,000 toys were given out this morning. glide is still accepting donations of new, unwrapped toys. drop them off at freedom hall. >> we'd love to see how your celebrating where you live.

widely scattered showers and the threat of wet weather. we'll show you not the prettiest looking of evening on this last full day of fall with overcast skies and we could see a couple of showers, particularly overnight. the forecast calls for at least fog developing overnight tonight. tomorrow. , winter begins at 3:03 p.m. it's going to be a dry and rather quiet start to the season. on the contrary, for much of december, we have just been soaked, especially in san francisco. look at this, 15 of the past 20 days we have seen rain. totaling more than ten inches. the week ahead, drier weather dominates. right now, temperature, 59 in san francisco. 60 in mountain view. right now, antioch, temperature of 56 degrees. satellite and radar shows you an area of low pressure with the cold front pushing moisture into the pacific northwest. high pressure just off the coast keeping a lot of this rain at bay. so scattered sprinkles about the best chance to see for wet weather. these two opposing forces are

pushing a lot of surf along our coastline so we're still under a high-surf advisory through the evening, until 10:00 tonight. for occasional breakers over 25 feet, creating hazardous conditions at beaches and dangerous rip currents. so, we'll take you through the future of the forecast. chance of rain in the north bay overnight and tomorrow morning. still seeing a chance of a light shower along the coast. as high pressure builds in sunday afternoon, watch as the cloud break apart, especially in our endland location. so more sunshine on the way for the second half of sunday and than we have seen for saturday. overnight lows, mainly 50s across the board. isolated light scattered showers developing and patchy fog. then tomorrow morning, early morning drizzle, giving way to afternoon sunshine and temperatures into the 60s. 65 for napa. 63 for oakland and san jose, high of about 63 degrees. so, the accuweather seven-day forecast calls for the chance of
