ambushed in brooklyn on saturday. on sunday, an officer in florida was killed in an unrelated shooting. the killings coming at a time when police and protesters have clashed in demonstrations against police brutality. >> we need to show solidarity and hopefully this will bring us together not further apart. >> they lost their hero. it is if no republican. -- no reason. there is no answer. >> officer ramos had two children. officer liu just got married two months ago. the killer is imaaiyl brinsley, who later shot and killed himself. police say the 28-year-old posted on instagram "i am putting wings on pigs, they take one of our, let's take two of theirs." >> curing to police imaaiyl brinsley has been arrested at least 19 times before.

3:00 tuesday morning. localized flooding along the bayshore or the coast and seawater on the roadways and sidewalks and trails and parking lots and mash -- the morning, obviously we have san francisco and oakland and we have had our low or high tide or our higher high tide where we will see the potential damage at 10:58 in san francisco and 11:15 in oakland. at the golden gate bridge, call conditions and the fog has a little bit of ebb and flow but it is there. and 67 to 70 inland. and 58 to 62 along the coast where the fog will linger and mid-to-upper 60's around the bay with record high temperatures. you can see the clouds around 101 and 880 in san jose and tomorrow we go from fog to high clouds and it will be cooler on wednesday during the day because of the extra clouds and rain on wednesday evening and thursday the sun comes out and cooler.

sadly this turned out to be a faith accident highway 4 eastbound all lanes are shut down for an investigation so the sig-alert is in effect until 10:00 a.m. this morning. we have emergency cruise on the scene and detours in place if you travel eastbound highway 4 so the delays are already starting to build as you can see in the westbound direction you could even see spectator slowing. to the north, through antioch, the push in the westbound direction is 15 miles per hour and it is bumper-to-bumper traffic at l street and it loosens up and continues into concord and 64 minute. along 680 from highway 4 to the 24 junction we have extra cars on the road and everyone is moving along at top speed so no problems but a problem here with half delays southbound 101 up to rodeo avenue a mudslide blocking one lane.
