bay area, this is abc7 news. happening now berkeley police investigate a deadly shooting outside a busy intersection. amy hollyfield is in the corner of university and san pablo. what is the latest? >> investigators are still here on the scene and a coroner has just arrived so this investigation is still not wrapped up and they are gearing evidence several hours after the murder happened and the intersection is closed. the shooting happened at 9:45 at san pablo and university in berkeley and a man was shot and killed. a woman was also shot but she does survive. the killer or killers got arrest. police have not given a motive saying this is all "under investigation." >> part of the process is determining, were they sitting in the vehicle? were they outside the vehicle? what occurred? that is what the have the gators look at to determine what happened. >> police do not thing it was
