we have protecting news -- breaking news from the palo alto fire department. they were talking about a fire at a home, residential home, on martin avenue. they are on the scene there fighting the structural fire. can you see there is some damage already to the home so we will keep an eye on what is going on. menlo park and mountain view fire department are will helping out with the fire that broke out in palo alto. you may have one in your car, the touch screens that control your navigation and music and telephone. >> "consumer reports" has partnered with "7 on your side" to show how some car controls could be tough to use.

that was made famous by the movie "mrs. doubtfire." here is what we know of a possible suspect. yes kristen, this could be because of a disgruntleed patient at the site of a famous home with damage to the garage where someone set fire. police say they doubt this had anything to do with the movie but they think this attack was personal and someone poured gasoline on the front of home last night at 8:00 and set it open fire. the homeowner put out the fire. no one was hurt. a doctor would specialized in facial feminine surgery said he has had trouble with a parent who confronted him early in the day. the police suspect that person could be who set the fire. although it had nothing to do with the movie or robin williams fans say it is a shame.
