why. developing news this morning from san rafael, a silver alert has been issued for a 95-year-old last seen at his home at 2:00 p.m. he is 6' tall and 180 pounds suffering from medical conditions that sometimes leave him disoriented. he could be driving the 1995 black mercedes. if you see him, call the san rafael police. crews got the upper hand on a dramatic fire last night in san jose. it began in a carport around 5:15 p.m. on north lake drive and spread to an apartment. you can see several cars burning in the video provided by the san jose fire department. no one was injured. >> investigators say five separate fires minutes much each other at same condo complex in martinez was in accident. this man david boyle is believed to have set them on

the south bay or at the coast. here is the difference tomorrow morning compared to what we d with this morning the offshore flow tule fog forming. we will have a wind shift. the clouds are creeping toward the coast. that is a buffer zone so the tule fog will stay inland east bay. it will not make it to the prosecute of the neighborhoods tonight. with the shifts coming in and with more cloud cover 30s gone and mid-40 to 50 when you wake up tomorrow morning. we still have an area of high pressure. it is big and dominating. from mexico up to british columbia and it is pushing this storm system the heart of it and you can see how it is moving to the north and we are getting or receiving the tail end of this storm in the form of increasing clouds today and the slight chance of rain across the north bay so here we are tomorrow morning, 5:00, and the clouds
