flooding with thousands of gallons of water with nowhere to go and 40 people have been displaced by the fire, the red cross is helping them. the building looks like it is a total loss. they are looking for the cause. it doesn't look suspicious but arson is investigateing. >> a man was coming home from work and could only watch as the home went up in flames living in the building with his family for 12 years. his brother and stepfather were home when the fire break out. the stepfather ran out and knocked on doors to alert neighbors. >> he rushed from the kitchen and headed to the bathroom and he was coming back he watched the flames from one of the closets. >> it lost everything. >> the red cross opened an evacuation center for residents at city college. the best way to help is to
