with an update. crews were just allowed to leave with soot on their faces. it was a long night. relief crew is here. the crew that is here is busy, still, although the first appears to be out. it was a huge near last night, and hundreds of firefighters were on the scene trying to knock it down starting at 6:30 at 22nd and mission a three-story building. the top floor is apartments. a man died. six people were hurt. one of those was a firefighters. he suffered from exhaustion. firefighters say it was a tough fight especially when the fire reached the attic. part of the real collapsed. >> right new we are hitting hotspots left over from the fire from last night. they are still in the attic space areas that are hard to get to. who are just making sure it will all be out. >> thousands of gallons of water
