parties and told officers he was trying to hookup, and will be arraigned on five felony counts in palo alto. >> a man accused of leaving a dismembered body found in a suitcase in san francisco will appear in court in the coming days. mark andrus was taken into custody on friday. police say security camera footage shows him in the area where the dismembered body was dumped last week. a passerby discovered the suitcase with the for so inside and body parts were found in two garbage cans. the coroner is still working to identify the body. >> oakland police are making a new appeal for help to find the persons who murdered a highly respected oakland teacher. hundreds left flowers and noted for the teacher yesterday morning. police say two men robbed and shot him as he hiked at the preserve back to november. police have released sketches of the two suspects, one if his 20's thin, with dreadlocks. the other is described as 6'

turner is accused of raping an intoxicated and unconscious woman he met at party in the early hour of january 18. two bicyclists told police around 1:00 o'clock a.m. they spotted turner on top of a half naked woman. she was passed out. they chased turner when he tried to run away and tackled him and held him. both turner and the woman say they had been drinking. turner said he was trying to hookup with her but denies having sex. she told police she does not remember much. but did not con sent to any sections you'll activity. turner was release product jail on $150,000 bail and if found guilty of all charges he could face up to 10 years in prison. >> now 400 union workers at the refeignry in martinez are on strike. workers take part in a walk out by united steelworkers at refineries in california texas and kentucky.
