principal was not using the threat of legal process to signs his employee but pursuing the complaints or from talking to the press which obviously would be further evidence of retaliation. law firm letter also says several of his employees lodged formal complaints with arhs and the archdiocese. 2 teachers tell me they are out on stress leave me they are out on stress leave. >> i told him it was inappropriate. he retaliated against me and that created a hostile toxic working environment. >> what sorts of things have happened to the people who have complained. >> letters. suspensions. before lost day without pay. it's all over the school that we are the bad guys. so they just flipped the whole thing around. we have done something wrong. >> archdiocese issued media advisory in rae sfons my reporting saying last summer we investigate add claim that the photo were shared in faculty or staff and we determined nothing

inpro ep yacht happened. we retained objective outside expert to review the investigation for conclusion was the same. that objective outside expert is rita retired catholic high school principal who wrote this letter saying she admires the high school principal and had the pleasure of working with some of the administrators. i found nothing illegal im morale or unfair. but we learned glee so that didn't speak with any of the teachers who complained about the photographs or video. in fact in this letter gleason admits she performed her entire investigation by phone and e-mail from her home in louisiana. >> that's unusual move. >>reporter: legal analyst gill is a former fed federal prosecutor. says the archdiocese should have hired someone clearly objective with no tie to the church. >> go to someone who has had that experience. go to investigators or prosecutor or former detective go to former fbi agent. plenty to be found. >> while he hadn't seen the video so tells me principal
