beloved security guard offer a box of cigars they were trying to steal. matt? >> the shooting was captured by surveillance video so police could have a few leads. so far no arrests have been announced. the victim in this case was identified by friends as a security guard with worked at a nightclub on north capital avenue in san jose. two men tried to steal cigars from the store worth $20 and a robber tripped on the pavement outside and spilled the cigars when the liquor store owner said the security gar identified by friends as manny tried to see if they were hurt and they ran to a waiting car. >> the guy shot. >> i saw people running to the door and someone came back and was crying.

a school overnight. amy hollyfield is at claremont middle school. firefighters say this looks "suspicious." a door to the cafeteria was opened when they got here not something you expect at a middle school at 2:00 a.m. getting the call before 2:00 a.m. from someone driving on the freeway. that person saw the flames and called 9-1-1. the first was burning by then in the cafeteria and got into the atst.ic. it took 45 minutes to puts it out and the door looks "suspicious." >> it means the door was open. someone did not have a key. they helped themselves in by another means. >> it looks suspicious? >> i i would say it is unusual and under investigation.

covering santa close, berkeley, san jose and all the bay area, this is abc7 news. good morning on this president's day. a look at both sides of the bay from the camera. it is pretty. it will be another warm one. mike will have the details coming up. breaking news, danish police have arrested two men suspected of helping carry out two deadly shooting attacks in copenhagen. they are suspected of giving the gunmen shelter and get, rid of the weapon after shootings that left two people dead. the 22-year-old suspected gunman died in a shoot out with a swat team yesterday. police say he killed a danish filmmaker and then a security guard at a synagogue. he had a history of violence and gang connections. they believe he was inspire by materials sent out by isis and radical groups.

in the middle east egypt is saying they have bombed isis targets if libya. this is after the release of a horrific video showing the beheading of coptic christian hostages. egyptian fighter jets took off on bombing runs. they targeted training camps and weapon depots. all jets returned safe. the makers of the beheading video say they are part of the tripoli province of islamist group. a report out says that the group of international hackers has stolen up to $1 billion from banks around the world. the russian security company says the cyber robbers go to a bank account and add a zero to the balance and transfer the difference to an outside account before either the bank or the account holder noticed. they managed to do this undetected for two years. the hackers got a.t.m. to spit
