they are looking for two women considered people of interest in the murder of robert highser. the women were spotted inside a video store in east san jose they were accused of using his credit card. he was found dead in his gil roy home on monday. an autopsy reveal he suffered billion force trauma. the search son now for a gunman after two men were shot and critically wounded. it happened in the mission district. the victims got into an argument with a man bho pulled -- who pull out a gun and opened fire. three days later and the flow of water had finally turned into a trickle after a major aqua duct floodpipeline. this is exactly what we're talking about. >> reporter: this is how the east bay gets its water and as you can imagine 80 million

friday, february 27th and saturday february 28th. it's a chance of rain in about nine to ten days and trust me we need it, when you take a look at the average winter rain for san francisco, typically the three wettest months for us, 4.5 inches in february and just under that in january and in march, we get 3 inches of rain. take a wild guess how much we've gotten? nothing measurable in january. we are definitely starting to fall behind. season-to-date, in san francisco, we're at 98% of normal, 96% oakland airport 92 in santa rosa. some areas running above average. liver more you've received almost 12 inches of rain. 114% of average. here's what you are going to have to deal with tomorrow
