. just got an update from police. the victim is now in stable condition. >> police did shut down the train station to look for the man who they believed push him but they were unable to find him. investigators say this started because the two men were fighting and it was 9:00 last night at the civic center station when the victim was pushed on to the tracks and police say he was hit in the hold by a train. witnesses were interviewed and the station was searched after the platform bail the crime scene. >> coming up the stairs there was a window and someone took a sledgehammer to the driver side window. the train was cleared and they interviewed a guy with a lot of cops around. >> victim was taken to the hospital with serious head injury but the update is he is in stable condition. the station has re-opened and police are looking for the man if anyone has information you are encouraged to come forward

covering benicia, san ramon san mateo and all the bay area this is abc7 news. one person is dead and two others are hurt after a coal mine collapse in west virginia before 9:00 last night. the emergency management director said the roof contained in. two injured workers are expected to be okay. investigators in west virginia will work with the company that owns the mine to determine the cause of the accident. hundreds of community members are expected to rally at palo alto city hall for more than 400 people facing eviction from a mobile home park. it is the last mobile home park in palo alto of mostly latino families would work in the wealthy neighborhoods around
