away the victim. a man was shot or stabbed or assaulted with wounds to the pace and back. they are questioning witnesses of what took place. some reported gun shots but police are waiting to hear from the hospital of what type of wounds the man is suffering. the area is blocked off. the victim gave a description of who he says attack him and they are looking for two men in a gray sedan with bandannas and hats. a man said his mom said she has lived here 40 years and there has never been a shooting here. this is behind a popular restaurant, and they don't have maybe calls to come to this area. the investigation could take a while this morning as they try to sort out the details of what took place and what happened to this man this morning. thank you matt. new video if overnight of

flooding along doyle drive in san francisco with cars driving carefully through deep puddles after a leak part of a remodeling project at the presidio. the crews do not expect an impact on the commute. >> anxiety is high on the campus of hayward high school after students became infected with tuberculosis. authorities can not release the student's name because of medical privacy is no one knows if they have been exposed. a letter was sent home with students with a student possibly infecting others. >> they said if you have classes with the said person that contracted it you will be in class. you will get a free blood test. the health department is trying to figure out the infected student's class schedule to notify the constitutes who may have been in close contact.

>> new details in the search of a novato home overnight. marin county sheriff deputies and the bomb squad rapped up the home overnight and neighbors her loud explosions from the home around 4:30 yesterday afternoon. there is in word open what officers found but this is the same home where nearly 90 explosive devices and bombmaking materials were found last in. 43-year-old was arrested in february after police pulled a woman over and found four more explosive devices and she is scheduled to be arraigned for the charges this morning in superior court. >> new details in a shooting at highland hospital the shock spotter recorded 25 to 30 shots at 8:00 last night near the hospital ambulance bay on east 31st street. no one was hurt. police reported seeing a gold dodge leaving the hospital after the shooting and the sheriff stopped the car a short time later and determined the people

university of oklahoma was a tradition for the fraternity. the student paper released a 2013 video showing the chapter mother wrapping the "in" word and laughing. the 79-year-old denied the claim and members starting moving out of the house after the national practice turnty closed the chapter there. >> wisconsin officials say madison, wisconsin, is victimized by a likely cyber attack which is affecting computers used by law enfor thement. madison is where a black teen was shot and killed friday night by a white police officer that led to a huge but peaceful rally in the capital rotunda. the police chief apologized to the family of tony robinson. cyber attacks have hit other cities where unarmed blackmen have been shot and killed. >> this morning, still another train accident has investigators checking into whether there are problems on the rail lines.

east coastal track train collided with a tractor trailer stuck at a crossing in north carolina. here is that report. >> oh, my god. oh my god. >> eyewitnesses watched in horror as the amtrak train on the way to new york city, collided with a tractor trailer stuck on the tracks in halifax, north carolina. this morning, investigators are trying to figure out what went so wrong. >> we need e.m.s. here bad. >> the engine and two of the seven cars derailed and 60 of the 212 passengers were injured despite the devastation there were no fatalities. >> several people are on the ground. >> the truck had a special permit to travel on the highway and was being escorted by a state patrol man. the truck was trying to make a difficult turn and struggled for several minutes. at the train approached the truck driver jumped to safety before the impact.
