eco terrorism. the secret service is rolling out a program involving drones planning on launching drone flights in the middle of night over parts of the capitol to find ways to interfere with so-called rogue drones. the secret service is afraid of rogue drones flying close to the white house. some consumer level drones are powerful enough to carry small amounts of explosives or a grenade. hillary clinton will hold a news conference to talk of the e-mail scandal dogging her according to the associated press. the 2016 potential democratic candidate has ignored the issue but the questions are coming regarding why she used a private e-mail account to conduct state department business e-mail when secretary of state. this was against protocol. the state department is now going influence 55,000 e-mails she has turned over. a man is covering from minor injuries after the e-cigarette

north and see a few future radar returns there. it is the high pressure that is keeping this front away from us and it is also the high pressure that will let go of the mid-to-upper level moisture and we will transition from low clouds for high clouds so it will be mild and gray. moisture we have in the mid-to-upper level of the atmosphere but we do not have a lot in the lower level so our computer models are significantly more dry than they were yesterday. this morning, watch the transition over to the high clouds and the mid-level clouds coming in and that is why we are going to be mostly cloudy today and overnight and you can see a few radar returns so scatter light showers overnight and scattered light showers headed through tomorrow, also, and notice by action or 6:00 we are starting to see the system move on and the clouds open up. so we can go from nothing which is what most of us get to .15".

and during the course of that conflict a gun was produced and the victim was shot three times. >> here is video of the ambulance leaving with the victim. the 22-year-old man was wounded to his face abdomen and heart. no suspects are in custody. this is one of several shootings recently in san jose. most recently one last might and another on saturday and a homicide on oak street on saturday morning. detectives are speaking where five suspects in two shootings taken into custody after a high speed chase from san jose to pleasanton and the homicide detectives are on stand by as the victim in this case is currently in surgery with life threatening injuries. new video from overnight of roadway flooding along doyle drive in san francisco with cars driving through deep puddles of water after a leak sprang at the park presidio remodeling.

crews do not expect any impact on the morning commute. video from southern california shows firefighters saving a toddler from a burning building. flames are coming from the apartment complex in los angeles. firefighters used a ladder to get to the second-floor window and rescue the toddler. the mother handed her to a firefighter. another little girl was sometime inside. the firefighters went back up and rescued her. the children's mother also escaped through the window. >> in the bay area anxiety is high on the campus of hayward high school after student was infected with tuberculosis. authorities cannot release the student's name because of medical privacy laws. no one know those have been exposed. the school district sent a letter home with students staying a high school student tested positive for continue and may have infected others and students are nervous. >> they said if you have classes with the person that contracted

oakland. the city's shots spotter reported 25 to 30 shots at 8:00 near the ambulance bay on east 31st. no one was hurt. police reported seeing a damage leaving the hospital after the shooting and the sheriff stopped the car a short time later and determined the people inside were not suspected. authorities say though were either the intended victims or were just trying to get away from the gunfire. >> the san francisco 49ers in the spotlight again after the arrest of another member of the team. we police arrested full back bruce miller on thursday on suspicion of we spousal battery. number 49 has been with the team for four seasons and was engaged in august but police have not said what happened. miller is the 11th player to be arrested since 2012. the team we leased a statement saying the organization is aware of the matter. we were disappointed to lend of the reports and will do our due
