like: mexican free tailed bats. it is definitely strange that three bats would show up and two have tested positive for rabies. >> another bat was turned in a block over in guessing whether it will be positive for rabies but it tells us something is happening if their population and i am not...we don't know. here is a look at where and when the bats have been found. the first was almost two weeks ago at fremont center, and on friday, the bat was found here at in elementary school and both have tested for r yesterday afternoon another was found and vector control will be out issuing alerts to residents and answering their questions.

6:02. developing news in san francisco, police are investigating a deadly shooting after officers shot and killed a woman they say was driving erratically on a busy city street. police dispatch recordings show how frantic the situation was. >> we got shots fired! >> two officers were investigating a report of a stolen car and located the woman and the vehicle at the chevron station on van ness. she sped toward the officers hit the building, and went the wrong way down pine street. officials say the officers fired when slow started driving on the sidewalk putting the lives of officers and pedestrians in danger. we will have a report from the scene with the latest in the next half hour. the sonoma county sheriff is anding for the public's health to bring a missing telephone-year-old home safe. lucas was seen at 7:30 last night at his home in santa rosa and he is described at 5' tall

and 100 pounds and last seen wearing a gray hooded jacket and red tennis shoes. >> in fremont there are sell cases of vandalism with several businesses and buildings in the downtown area were vandalized during the overnight hours on tuesday after someone used a rock to smash windows. the first call was reported around 1:40 in the morning and police say among the businesses affected are target and city hall offices or capital avenue and union bank on the parkway. in all, seven businesses were targeted. no suspects were arrested. >> a 24 year old man would led c.h.p. on a dangerous chase is in custody this morning facing felony evasion and driving under the influence of drugs. it started on highway 80 and ended in los altos hills yesterday afternoon. the chase lasted 100 miles through four counties and edged with a crash. sky 7 shows the s.u.v. speeding down 280 in the south bay where a rim exposed after hitting a spike strip on 680. the driver kept going with

sparks flying. the driver finally lost control of the vehicle and it flipped on 280 in los altos north of the foothill express way. the vehicle rolled over until it was right side up again back wheel, continued to turn and the s.u.v. was too damaged to keep going. check it out, after 15 seconds the driver side door opens the driver steps out of the vehicle turned around and assessed the damage. the officers quickly came with guns and tasers drawn and arrested him and a resident was taken to a hospital to be checked out before he was taken to jail. >> the trucking company involved in a fatal accident on monday in pittsburg has a questionable safety record. the c.h.p. said roby trucking has a number of violations again it with a long history of safety and maintenance issues. they own the 18-wheeler that crashed into a restaurant on monday killing the driver. witnesses say the brakes failed. no surprise to some employees of the trucking company what have witnessed mechanical failures on company vehicles.

the traffic through the dublin/pleasanton remains stacked. san francisco police are investigating a wild scene that played out on one of the busiest streets, officers shot and killed a woman witnesses say was driving erratically on van ness. our reporter is at the scene. the woman was shot after police say she tried to use her car as a weapon. they were attempting to pull her over at gas station on pine and van ness last night and here are some of the audio picked up from the police dispatch that show how intense the moments were. [ inaudible ] >> she is crabbing into every car. we will have to take three natural force. >> after 7:00 last night, two officers on foot and in plain clothes were in the area investigating a stolen vehicle. they approached a woman inside a dark volkswagen the car that fit of description of stolen car.

the driver hit the whats and -- gas and tried to flee and drove on the sidewalk and a building. san francisco police officers chased her on boot and she pointed the car at them. they opened fire. >> it was scary. my car was just there. it was very close. the vehicle made it to the sidewalk, off the sidewalk, several times, drove at them and they felt they needed to use the force they used. the woman was pronounced dead at the scene. no one else was sure. her car was towed at 4:00 this morning. we this is an incredibly busy area with hotels, coffee shops, other businesses along this busy stretch of van ness and last night when this happened there everyone plenty of witnesses. police spent hours interviewing him trying to get more information. the district attorney is investigating the shooting.

developing news, stockton police are on the scene of a shooting outside of market that left three people dead and sent now to the hospital all standing outside if front of a store when gunned down. 27-year-old woman was killed instantly. 24-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman died at the hospital. the remaining four victims are expected to survive. police are not sure how many shooters were involved but there were a lot of shoal casings on the ground. the shooting could be gang related but that remains under investigation. an official from tunisia said eight have been killed and several injured in a shooting attack an a major tourist attraction at a national museum in the capital city with hostages. there is in word if any victims or hostages are americans. it is unclear right now who the attackers are but tunisia has struggled with violence by some
