have seen a security patrol come by the southwest corner here of the airport. several times. yesterday, they missed a woman who climbed and jumped over the fence and made her way on to the tarmac. she was crossing airfield and an u.p.s. employee noticed woman and stopped her he called for help. this was in the cargo area of the airport at gate 118. she resisted arrest but was taken and custody. the congressman is calling for more security. >> i have been calling for perimeter breach notification alerts that will tell you the moment a breach occurs. >> this is the 5th security breach in mineta san jose international airport in less than a year. in april last year a santa clara teen stowed away in the rear well of a jet. in august, marilyn harman bypassed security and flew to

rose police officers spotted a speeding car darting through traffic on highway 101 near airport boulevard at 9:00 last night. according to the press democrat the driver crashed his car on lakeville highway in petaluma and took off with another guy with was in the car with him. officers found the black mercedes on the side of the road but no sign of suspects. c.h.p. helicopter was helping in the search. >> the civil trial over the suicide a saratoga teen will start today in san jose. the parents of 15-year-old audrie potts blame three classmates for her suicide after they sexually assaulted the drink teen and took photos of the incident. she hung herself several days later. they serve less than 45 days each in juvenile hall and the family said that was not nearly enough much family for one of the boys spread to pay $600,000 to settle his portion of the case and lawyers for the other two boys say the suicide stem from other factors not related

to the assault. >> another man arrested in the shooting death of an oakland mother will be this court to enter a plea. police arrested the 21-year-old last week on murder charges in the death of 30-year-old pierce caught in the crossfire of a shoot out. she was trying to shield her children after several machine got into a shoot out in the street. three other suspects are suspected to be back in court this month. >> new twist and turns in a bizarre kidnapping case from vallejo. an attorney for denise huskins' boyfriend said he has proof that kidnappers broke into their home and took her. he sent to picture showing drill holes made in a window in their home. the attorney said this is where they entered the home. denise huskins was reported missing march 23 and police did an extensive search with no luck. on the 25th denise huskins show up in southern california. police have suggested the whole thin was a hex. since that time there have been

several e-mails from the alleged kidnappers demanding a police apology yesterday and threatened retaliation but backtracked in another e-mail saying police do not deserve to be targeted when they make mistakes. they said they were a gentleman criminal group similar to oceans 11 who used drones to commit burglaries and were looking at kidnapping as a more lucrative crime. >> you have heard there is a recurring boom sound scaring pets and setting off car alarms in berkeley but it is yet to be identified. people reportedly heard what now is called a berkeley boom last night before 10:00. police have received two dozen reports about the mysterious noise. officers have not been able to locate the source. they believe it is an explosive probably fireworks. the boom can usually be heard between five o'clock and 10:00 at night. our reporter will have much more in a report in 30 minutes.

parents will hold a meeting to keep a state funded preschool from closing its doors in antioch which has been lessing space from the school district for 10 years for less than $5,000 a month. the pre-school is entirely dependent on grants from the state. a year ago the district them they want the space back but the preschool said finding an appropriate space is impossible and face closure in june. >> former florida governor jeb bush starts the fundraising visit to the bay area today. curing to the "san francisco chronicle" the republican is planning private meet-and-greets do raise money for the right to rise super pac as he is ready for a run at the white house today he will begin the trip with a lunch at the four seasons in palo alto and social media he is scheduled for lunch and discussion in san francisco. bush may not be william received in the bay area as he defended fellow republican
