arrested after sneaking on the tarmac at mineta san jose international airport. investigators say she scaled the fence on the southeast side of the airport and a u.p.s. employee spot her crossing the airfield and stopped her in the cargo area near gate 118. when she realized she was not supposed to be there they called for help. she resisted arrest and police took her into custody the fifth security breach in less than a year. matt will have more on the story at mineta san jose international airport at 5:30. >> an heir to the getty fortune is dead and this are a lot of questions about the death of andrew getty. we have more on this. he grew up in the bay area. >> the los angeles coroner said it appears he died of natural causes or accident because medication was found at the scene. he is the son of anm and gordon

the los angeles coroner said it will wait before announcing what caused the death of a berkeley soccer player. eloi vasquez was hit by a car on an freeway in los angeles. the coroner said it will wake for ten weeks for blood and urine test results. he was in southern california with his cal soccer teammates on spring break. they are trying to determine why he was on the freeway. if the raiders want to stay in oakland there is no more red tape in the way. the city council passed several key environmental and planning measures last night for the proposed coliseum city project and the city council certified an environmental report for how acres at the site not of interstate 880 in east oakland and voted to accept a specific plan to re-develop the area with

the suicide of a saratoga teen is scheduled to start in san jose. the parents of 15-year-old audrie pott blame three classmates for her suicide when they sexually assault her and took photos she hanged herself. they pleaded guilty and senator less than 45 days each in juvenile hall and the family said the punishment was not severe enough. the family of a boy reached a settlement in the case and lawyers for the other two say audrey's suicide stemmed from other factors not related to the assault. >> another man arrested in the shooting death of an oakland mother will be in court this morning to enter a plea. police arrested 21-year-old michael cities on murder charges in the death of pierce who was caught in the crossfire of a west oakland shoot out march 9 while trying to shield her children after several men got into a shoot out. three other suspects are septembered to be back to court

later this month. >> there are new twists in the wizard kidnapping case from vallejo. an attorney for the boyfriend of denise huskins say she has proof showing people broke into the home and took her. this are pictures of drill holes from the outside of the home where they entered. denise huskins was reported missing match 23. there was an extensive search and on the 25 the she showed up in southern california. police suggested it was a hoax but there have been several e-mails from the alleged kidnappers demanding a police apology and threatened retaliation but backtracked in another e-mail saying police do not deserve to be targeted even wren they make mistakes. they said they were a criminal group. they were looking at kidnapping as more lucrative crime.
