quite a scene in oakland after a home collapsed with a man inside. it happened yesterday. a contractor was renovating a home. the 68-year-old was sleeping in the sun room and it collapsed at 11 o'clock and powell is homeless but the contractor let him sleep in the vacant house while under construction. he said the old tv and luck kept the wall from crushing him. yesterday i was bit by a pit bull. today a house fell fell on me. >> i grabbed him and he said i am all right and i said no, let me help you. >> home next to the house was red tagged the engineers have plenty of questions for the contractor. >> a new wrinkle in the eviction fight involving an old school san francisco watering hole the owners of sinbads have filed suit against san francisco, the port of san francisco, asking a

suspend three officers accused of sending latest and text messages. the officers were assigned to roles of no public contact and another officer has has the t will released during a bail hearing for a former officer convicted on corruption charges. he will serve his sentence today. the chief suhr said there will be a recommendation to fire the officers, a total of 13 officers are under investigation with more suspensions to come. during the news conference the chief will answer questions looking into another case of san francisco police department over crime laboratories and there will be an audit to reveal if there are more problems. the stock market is closed
