she tried to return to san jose from hawaii on monday, she was told she could not fly without a doctor's nurse. here is that story. >> being on the mainland never felt so good for elizabeth and her family. this is what happened on alaska airlines flight. >> my family was forcibly removed from the airplane because i have cancer. >> i was heartbroken. how could i be treated like a criminal. >> elizabeth has battled cancer for five years put on a surgical mask. people were sick and an agent asked if she was okay and this is what she said. >> i get weak so she said well in that case, i will need to call the doctors that we consult with. >> when the airlines' determined she could not fly she was take were off the plane. this is travel expert's take.

officer pulling the gun and fire eight times hitting the 50-year-old walter scott in the back. scott appears to be unarmed. the officer stopped him because a brake light was out. the state investigators reviewed the video yesterday and immediately charged the officer with murder. the officer can face light in prison if convicted. >> breaking sports news this morning, indiana pacers forward is in the hospital after being stabbed outside a new york nightclub. his wife and another woman were also injured. former nick, player was stabbed in the abdomen. all are in stable condition. a 22-year-old man was taken into custody. two hawks players in town for a game were arrested for refusing to move as police set up the crime scene. >> today the san francisco branch of the naacp will appear at a police commission to discuss the controversy of some of the city officers exchanging

covering santa rosa, berkeley, san jose and all the bay area, this is abc7 news. >> dramatic images from los angeles, where firefighters rescued one person from the burning building. fire broke out on the 5th floor of the six-story commercial building. 170 firefighters battled the flames and one person is being treated for burns. in millbrae a man is recovering from serious burns suffered in a fire. it started at a home on helen drive yesterday afternoon. flames were shooting from the garage and front room. firefighters had the fire under control in ten minutes. he was the only person in the home. the san jose police are investigating a death threat by a pro wrestler against hulk hogan days before wrestlemania.

heroin or other narcotics. >> they steal to support drug habits. local restaurants say more of their customers are getting purses snatched. >> absolutely. we are all talking and there has been a lot% snatchings. people are putting their purrs on the back of the chair. >> police are keeping close contact with per chaps and maintaining high visibility and dug undercover operations but the same criminals keep coming pack. >> when proposition came about we have seen more of the folks coming in and stealing in our city. >> the proposition 47 passed in the fall and reduces nonviolent property crimes from a felony to a misdemeanors. in some cases police are citing and releasing criminals who return to steal again. now police are asking residents to help by reporting any suspicious activity in the downtown area.
