up. he said at 10:00 last night he heard three gunshots. he when out to the balcony and saw a group of people in a white sedan and heard screaming. other passengers in the car dragged the woman's body out into the street where police and firefighters found a 33-year-old woman suffering from a gunshot wound last night at stokes street in san jose. the victim is from the sacramento area but her name is not released. she was treated on the scene and pronounced dead. the witness told me that another woman with her child were in the car and stayed at the scene and spoke with the police. the suspect car has been located we and seized. miss is not made any arrests. the suspect and the victim knew each other.

>> the shooting happened in san jose outside of the 7-eleven at 10:00. a 33-year-old woman from the sacramento area was found suffering from a gunshot wound. she was treated on the scene. i was pronounced dead. she was shot inside a car. i spoke with a witness. the witness was in a white sedan. there were several people. the witness heard three gunshots. then screaming. the woman was dragged out of the car and left if a lane of traffic on southbound avenue. a woman and a child in the car stayed behind and spoke with police. miss have not made any arrests. they say the suspect and victim knew each other but we do not know in what way. the suspect's car is found and seized.
