targeted 50 people here in the bay area. it led to the arrest of people tied to four street gangs. they raided homes over the past mornt. all 50 people are being prosecuted on state charges. in all the homeland security officials charged 913 suspected gang members. a boston jury convicted surviving boston n marathon bomber dzhokhar tsarnaev of carrying out that deadly attack. he was found guilty on all 30 counts and now faces the possibility of the death penalty. prosecutors argued the 21-year-old self radicalized muslim was intent on committing miss murder. >> we're all going to move upon with our lives. we're all going to get back to some sense of normalcy. hopefully when this is all done.

kra. . he was taken into custody by u.s. marshals in mississippi yesterday. he escaped custody after overpowering a deputy in san jose on march 6th. his brother drove him to reno where he took a greyhound bus to gulfport. deputies kaked edcontacted the u.s. marshal service. >> we focussed a lot of attention in getting this person back in kous di. that's why we put in the resources need. >> one broke his arm and tore a bicep. police are searching for whomever attacked and robbed an 82 82-year-old woman in oakland. she is recovering from painful injuries you see here.

she didn't want to be shown on camera because she's afraid of her attackers. now this shows what happened. she reaches into their car to try to get it back, they take off, and they dragged her and she fell to the ground. the search is on for a man suspected in three bank robberies in san francisco. this is surveillance photos of a man the fbi is calling the clean cut bandit. he's 6'2", maybe 6'3" with an athletic build. he's wanted at the u.s. bank on mission street on march 30th. citibank on california street. police are looking for burglary suspects who pretend to be utility workers to get access to homes. up to four may be involved.

a bill requiring california school children to be vaccinated just moved one step closer to becoming law. the legislation passed out of a senate committee just a few minutes ago. under the pressure, parents could no longer cite personal beliefs as a reason not to vaccinate their children before sending them to public and private schools. robert kennedy junior spoke out against the legislation today. >> they have been required by their bosses for at least a decade to lie, to manipulate, to bury data, including autism. to exposure and vaccines. >> the cdc says there is no
