o months. 35-year-old jacob turner is in custody and he is held on $65,000 bail. he was arrested year after police served a search warrant at his home. the first known incident happened february 6 when customers used the bathroom on the video from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. account latest happened on tuesday where customers were recording in the bathroom for 2:00 to 3:00 people and police are trying to identify the victims and if you have any information or if you believe you are a victim you are urged to call walnut creek police. new details this morning, san leandro police are looking for several suspects involved in a ball real brawl that sent these to the hospital. police say it happened inside the shiloh's bar and two of the three victims need surgery. all are in stable condition. the trouble began when a dispute happened in a partnering lot and the tension moved inside and

turned violent. >> they got out-of-control and throwing each other against the wall and the jukebox. >> from the video it appears there were outlaw motorcycle gang members inside wearing their club vests and based upon the amount of people involved in the fight there could be three four, or five suspects. >> police have recovered a gun registered to someone inside the bar. at this very location a child found a gun in february. shots were fired near a highway patrol officer. >> hand is accused of molesting a girl in his care. the june-year-old man abused her in 2008 when she was six years old now she is 12. investigators say the abuse occurred while sierra cruz and his wife were taking care of children in orinda and antioch. the torn said there has been no corroboration of the accusations and police say this is at least

out. protesters say they are forced at because the landlord is selling the building to developers. the state senator is working to modify the eviction roar in san francisco to prevent abuse. >> a federal appeals court will hear arguments on whether to lift a texas judge's injunction on president obama's immigration plan. a district judge in brownsville, texas, granted the preliminary injunction in february. 26 states are opposed to the executive order to shield five million undocumented immigrants from being deported and they filed the request. the justice department attorneys have argued that the injunction harms public interest by delaying implementation of the order. >> alaska airlines said the ramp worker who fell asleep on on the job will never again work on any of the flights. for the first time we hear the terrifying 9-1-1 call the worker made from the belly the plane during the climb out of the

francisco to 9' in bodega and half moon bay and monterey around 10'. it will be warmer than average in many areas and we are flirt with the upper 70s to low 80s through the south bay and the cool spot is santa cruz at 72 degrees. today, san jose and cupertino are 80 and we have mid-to-upper 70s for most of the peninsula today and cooler in millbrae with the clouds developing along the coast and we will get the sea breeze shooting through the san bruno gap and you will stay cooler than everyone else. after being in the 70s, mid-60 at half moon bay pacifica to 62 in daly city. more sunshine in downtown and south san francisco. in the upper 60s to 70. same in sausalito but check out bodega bay we are back to normal with clouds and low 60. inland, we are in the mid-to-upper stents and wine country is 76 and napa is 79. as we head language the east bay shore a lot of mid-to-upper 70s but for richmond and

berkeley you will have a sea breeze this afternoon and the sea breeze comes in and crosses the bay and that will keep you cooler but it will not make it inland where we have 82 in walnut creek and san ramon and pittsburg and mid-80s around antioch and livermore to the wine country. at the game, we are off to a rough start 62 degrees at 7 long 15 dropping to 58. now so warm as last might and look for clouds and freezes through the later part of the game. look at the cloud cover fog in the north pay clouds all throughout the bay and into the south bay and the only area that does not have clouds are inland east bay and that is why they are warm again while the rest us drop a couple more degrees and inland east bay neighbors get cooling sunday into monday and all of us are cooler next week with a slight chance of a shower wednesday and thursday. >> back to the macarthur maze where we have the transition from westbound 80 to southbound 880 blocked off with flies. we have a car in the center divide around the corner.

if you are trying to get to oakland or oakland airport you are diverted and you need to take 980 to get to southbound 880 but the southbound connection to 880 right now is blocked off. the backup is substantial all the way into emeryville and to berkeley and getting to san francisco toward the bay bridge the traffic is flowing nicely and it is the transition to the macarthur maze, east 580 to 880 that is causing a problem and i will show you the backup, now, headed to berkeley and emeryville. >> we will keep a close eye on the maze. >> people hoping to get their hands on people watch in the store have to wait longer. >> here are the tech bytes. >> a change of lands from apple of the new watch. >> it will not be available on friday but you can still pre-order but you will have to

this morning, nice save by the oakland a's and firefighters stepping up to the plate to help little leagueers hit by thieves. they are donating $1,000 to help the little league after thieves broke into the clubhouse and stole a safe with $7,000 from the annual fundraiser. the $2,000 donation covers the insurance deductible from the theft. the rest goes to a row ward fund to catch the thieves. >> tomorrow is the 109th anniversary of the great san francisco earthquake and fire of 1906. >> this fire hydrant at 20th
