they were confronted by an employees and a second employee saw the co-worker was being attacked. >> he was hit with a tool in the chest. after that it is believed he suffered from some type of cardiac arrest. >> that employee is in critical condition at the hospital. the other employee is okay. he was able to beat one of the roners with a tool that he had inside of the for. the teens ran away but police caught up with one of them, the one who was injured and they arrested him. he is being held for attempted murder among other charges. the other is still on the run. police say they are both 17. they are both on probation. they would not say had he got away or whether they got jewelry or money. the man accused of trying to kidnap three different girls on their way to high school is also

suspected of trying to kidnap another girl. the 20-year-old cal bay east stay student facing charges of attempted kidnapping. police say the cases happened in february and march the. all the girl fought back and escaped. >> there is a "person of interest" in the amber alert yesterday in fairly as brock guzman was reunited with his fee. he was in the family car running in the drive and a thief stole it from the home. police issued amber alert and someone spotted the car less than two miles away with brock curled up and sleeping in the back seat. police are questioning a map they took into custody on unrelated charges. he has not been charged yet. >> one die asked two went to the hospital after an accident in the east bay hills. it happened at two miles north of niles canyon east of fremont. the highway patrol said the vehicle left the road and

the eastbound direction, if you are going to travel between now and 11 a.m. expect a couple of left lanes to be closed because of a project taking place next month shut down the entire bridge for a weekend. a is in preparation but you might see slow downs headed from foster city. the dumbarton bridge is at top speed between newark and east palo alto with no delays on 84. as we slide over to newark southbound 880 we have a spin out possibly involving another vehicle and two lanes are blocked. no delays. we do not hear of any injuries as a result of that accident. we take it back up to bay point at bailey road look at all of the delays because of the overturned vehicle blocking 100 lane. a star and her partner are out on "dancing with the stars" and we spoke with the batted couple after the elimination.

is abc7 news. a former hayward resident was accused of jumping the think at the white house. 54-year-old jerome hunt scaled the fence on sunday. he was released from custody year. he came to the bay area about three years ago and is homeless. we have learned that he received mail at first unite the methodist church in hayward and he has a string of convicts in illinois including burglary and assault. hayward police say they have not had any run ins. >> several people were arrested at massive mary juan -- marijuana celebration at golden gate park. 1,200 partygoers hung out on monday night. early in the day 10,000 turned out inside golden gate park for the 4/20 event. police made five arrests. another problem was all of the garbage last behind.

our theys are mild in the low-to-mid 50s. our fast of the wind in fairfield up to 30 miles per hour. napa is 13 and oakland is 14 and sfo is ten and most of these are blowing straight from the ocean toward inland neighborhood and we have a deep marine layer and we do not have much fog. you can see that on the san rafael camera looking south on 101 no fog. the marine layer was half the depth or less than more clouds would hug our lower elevations. breezy today and partly sunny. we are locked into a pattern through thursday or friday. we will have isolated showers in our higher elevations with drizzle in the morning. our best chance of showers and thunderstorms is in the sierra like yesterday all the way through thursday and friday. for us at home you can see how the clouds are going to open up a little bit and you may want to grab the sunglasses. the clouds are along the coast and we will have temperatures in
