arrest. our reporter is in napa with more. amy? >> yes matt, look inside this store. you can tell that something happened. there is still stuff on the floor. there is a mess inside. police say two teens are responsible for problemming this store and seriously hurting a worker. police have arrested one of the teens who they believe did this. the second is still on the run. police thing they know who the second robber is but they are not releasing his name because he is a juvenile. they stormed into the jewelers at 5:19 yesterday afternoon. one of the robbers was beating one of the employees with a tool when a second worker saw what was happening. >> the suspect had been confronted by one of the other employees and one of the suspects had actually been hit with some type of tool. they suffered injuries. >> they fled out of the jewelry

store before officers arrived on the scene. >> police did catch up with one of them. they are still looking for the other. the employee who was beaten suffered from cardiac arrest and he is in the hospital listed in critical condition. police say that both of the teenagers were on probation. the one in custody is facing a number of charges including attempted murder. one person died and two others went to the hospital after an accident in the east bay hills. it happened two miles north of niles canyon road east of fremont. the highway patrol said the vehicle left the roadway and overturned before 9:00. firefighters used the jaws of life to free the victims. one escaped unharmed from the wrecked vehicle. the road re-opened at 1:00 o'clock this morning. >> the man accused of trying to kidnap three different firm on

the way to high school is suspected of trying to attempt to kidnap another girl and faces charged of attempted kidnapping. they happened in february and march. he tried to pull the firms into the car but they fought back and escaped. >> fairly soon after, fairfield police are talking with a suspect after an amber alert was released because of brock guzman was sitting in the family car and a thieve temperature it. police issued the per better and someone spotted the car to miles away and brock was curled up sleeping in the back seat. police are questioning a man taken into custody yesterday. he has not been charged. >> the future of a police cadet from fresno is in trouble after he shot a fellow cadet. it happened yesterday during a training exercise at the city college police cad any. the investigators say they were
