meeting, youth soccer supporters crapped into the room. they are upset over the 49ers proposal to take over their soccer feel. the 49ers willing to pay and chief operating officer presented the city council a $15 million cash out payment to the city $3 million to the school, a percentage of parking revenue and 39 year lease plus options. the soccer community wants an equal or better field location. >> we are asking the city council to make sure that they hold the 49ers accountable to the deal and asking for the kids to have a place replacement soccer facility to play in the future. >> we are trying to protect soccer for this generation of kids and the kids in the future. >> 49ers say this is not a final just a proposal. the city council heard from players and parents and small business owners urging the decline the offer. the city council did not meet in closed session on the issue and will set up a resolution to discuss the future replacement fields and what they will do in

this case. >> contra costa built is under pressure to beef up salaries as law enforcement head to higher paying agencies. yesterday, the sheriff officials say that 48 deputies left the department to make more money elsewhere a 71 percent increase over 2013. officials say the county's low salaries and benefits have made retention a concern and the loss of deputies is having a negative impact on response times. >> bank of america is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to conviction of person who robbed a branch in dublin. this man entered the bank at 11 o'clock on monday morning and the suspect handed the teller a note demanding money. he told the teller he had a gun but no helps were seen. he got away with undetermined amount of money and police say the suspect is 35 years old, 6' tall and wearing a dark colored seattle seahawks cap light green and long shirt and light colored

jeans. >> a bill to make vaccinations mandatory for california schoolchildren is set to go up for a committee vote in sacramento state saturdays made changes allowing families that opt out of vaccines to home school their children together. it would allow students to seek independent study. last week a state senator education committee put off a vote on the measure after several lawmakers came out against it. they were concerns the bill would prevent unvaccinated children from receiving an adequate education. >> marin catholic high school said they sent letters to parents letting them know why a group of nuns walk out of class on friday. the "san francisco chronicle" reports that five members of the sisters of mary order protested a gay nonprofit sponsoring anti-bullying day of silence. in the end the school opted out of participating in the event and held a morning prayer for
