called h & r block. >> we started to talk about the account number. >> turns out the tax preparer put the wrong bank account and routing number into the returns the went into another account at chase bank. the accountant insisted susan told him to deposit at chase however, the couple doesn't have an account here. >> why would i give an account number that didn't belong to us? that is crazy. >> they signed the returns electricity without looking at the full returns and account numbers beforehand. so taxpayers are responsible for the accuracy of the returns. h and r block said it was their loss . >> i broke down. just sobbing and upset. >> the couple contacted 7 on your side we contacted h and r block the company decided to reimburse the money saying we take any
