he recorded dozens of calls from fast track customer service trying to get a mistake off the dmv record. we asked the xerox corporation for the call center policy and pay structure. couldn't wouldn't talk to us on camera and wouldn't allow us inside the fast track call center but spokesperson released a statement saying in part our call center pay streak tour provides base rate of pay plus monthly bonus for handling calls in accurate, courteous and efficient manner. rushing to short heen the length of call is not incentive. xerox receiving 117 and half million dollars in public funds over the next 5 years to operate fast track customer service. bay area toll authority which oversees the contract says call time at fast track have in fact dropped to under 5 minutes. spokesman however says that means problems are getting solved faster. >> i captain speak to know sen >>
