0 this morning was heavy at times. spencer, what's happening out there now? >> storms are weakening. there is a batch of showers moving well north and the area of showers down into the south bay moving east. moving across the bay, here is a closer look. you can see wet weather is pushing towards newark. this is an isolated area. pattern from south to north. and lighter moving into evening hours, here is a look from our camera, live, east southeast blue skies, and some areas hardest hit nearly an inch of rainfall. sunnyvale, an inch as well.

>> police have not released details but bonl of high school and joseph wardmont school were locked down as a precaution. >> a 25-year-old was taken into custody this afternoon. officers were responding to a report of shots fired. when approaching they say he fired on them several times. two two bay area hip-hop artists claim they were unlawfully cuffed and detained by officers while making a video. >> the attorney for the four men say the incident represents what's happening to black men across the country and says the video proves it.

>> the young men came to me and believe they'd been wrongly detained >> the attorney is representing young lot ratters caught in a police action during a music video shoot at hunter's point. 20 people gathered at a playground in late afternoon. police and the city attorney declined to comment but did issue this message. they noticed men loading a round into a chamber of the gun police say the man just walked into the crowd where the video was being shot. >> you can hear police ordering the man to walk over. they arrest him. but also detain everyone else,

they were cuffed and frisked >> they took photos and made the young men lift their shirts and take picture of the tattoos it happens to young black men. >> police say they identified other gang members and were concern they had, too, might have guns the officers released all but two, the man with a gun and another, who police say had crack cocaine. the attorneys say the group was cooperative and friendly. >> no threats no violence. >> police said the detention for the whole incident was for man with a gun. the attorney believe police endangered the rest of the group by not arresting him before he came into the crowd.

new information on that deadly train accident in philadelphia. investigators say the train accelerated 70 miles per hour before it derailed the speed limit is just 50. president obama blasted congress today. >> we're a growing company.
