>> from nepal crews found the wreckage of a marine helicopter that disappeared this weekend. sergio quintana is the only bay area reporter in nepal and flew near the site this morning. >> morning sergio. >> the better question is highway are you doing? what was it like to delay near the wreckage site this morning? >> of course this is a sad end to this story. we have a few details about what was pound and how it was found and the nepal army officially spotted the wreckage and sent a team of people down to the wreckage tour verify. we had a few false alarms. they did that when they get the confirmation, it look like the wreckage of an aircraft they called in the united states

military. what you are watching now is video we shot from the helicopter beyond the green ridge about three miles beyond where we were in the helicopter is where the downed military aircraft was found. this is stretchous area with very, very sharp turns here and there are communities that were affected by the earth with landslides so this is dangerous terrain the helicopter was passing over on a mission after the earthquake. what we know or what we have heard is there have been three bodies retrieved. there were several mains on board and there were also two nepal military members on board. we hope to get more information. we understand it will be an update near the embassy in another 45 minutes or so.

that would be something to get used to if it happens. >> right now, traffic is looking good but anyone who does this commute knows how terrible it can get. transit officials have taken notice and are trying to come up with some ideas of how to make the drive a little bit easier. some of those are creative like this one included in the action transit report to create a contra flow lane during the commute. the proposal turns one of the eastbound lanes on the bay bridge into a bus lane that would head west, the open direction of traffic. an estimated thousand vehicles an hour would use this to reduce traffic at the toll plaza. the lane would only be in use during the only commute the rest of the day it carries nowheral eastbound traffic. another objection is to increase capacity on bart. more and more people rely on

bart to cross the bay. the study suggests adding a second transbay tube which is not a quick fix but a lot of planning, a lot of money, and a lot of work. buses have their own lane until they get to the toll plaza but when they are on the bridge they are in the same mess as everyone else so this plan would be to keep them in their own lane during the morning commute. police in vallejo are sending for the person responsible for murdering a high school student. max rusk was shot and killed near his school yesterday. dozens came out with flowers holding a vigil. his body was found before noon. vallejo police searched for the suspect locking down two schools. his parents call for 14 days of peace and say yesterday's vigil
