i love waking up each morning and dancing don't you? >> here is a look at the bay bridge toll plaza where traffic is still pretty manageable at 13 minutes to get you between oakland maze and san francisco. san jose 87 beyond julian street and northbound traffic is filling in a bit. we have a big event at s.a.p. center tonight and tomorrow and a couple of big projects the next couple of weekends and a lot to get to. >> i know a good eye doctor for you, rage. >> thanks. happening today, san francisco police are hitting the streets if a crackdown on congestion targeting busy city streets by going after drivers would make it worse for everyone else. you have seen them. and matt is at van ness and mission to explain. >> this is a busy intersection at van ness and mission street one of many that can be a

problem at rush hour. parking officers are throughout the city of san francisco trying to make your commute better. starting at 7:00, san francisco's rush hour congestion strategy focus on construction projects, double parking delivery trucks and cars blocking intersections of the san francisco metropolitan transportation agency will send out the parking officers to want most congested areas including making sure any construction project is fouling the rules. >> every construction project has a specific permit and we will make sure any construction protect that does not have the right to be in the road at rush hour is off the road at rush hour. >> the crackdown enforcement happens monday through friday from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. and in the evening from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. and muni bus drive report whenever they are stopped by an illegally parked car.

>> this morning muni will roll out the first of 60 new buses to the fleet. the electric trolley is in service along mission line for a few hours a day this week. the buses will be in service for a fewer hours that are hybrid buses that can be unhooked from the wires and travel on battery power for seven miles. muni expects for replace the entire fleet with hybrid and electric buses the next five years. >> police are searching for a suspect would led police on a chase that started in concord and ended in berkeley. officers say the driver sped the wrong way down highway 4 and i-80 before crashing into an s.u.v. at california street and hearst. the s.u.v. flipped on the roof but driver is okay. the suspect called 9-1-1 to say he was not going back to jail and he ran away. officers searched the neighborhood but were not able to find him.

our reporter will tell us where the investigation goes next we next half sure. >> officials at yosemite national park will get back to work today trying to figure out what caused two sportsmen to fall to their detects over the weekend, both were experienced. their degrees are making waves in the climbing community. we are in the newsroom with more. >> the two extreme athletes were base jumping with their beds found yesterday in yosemite national partial. dean potter and graham hunt left from a 7500' cliff and the parachutes did not deploy. potter is world renowned for his adventures including type rope walks and parachuted and base jumped with his fog last year wearing a wing suit. the flaps are designed to help a person glide. he spoke with abc in 2012.

of driving under the new and vehicular manslaughter. three victims were 18-year-old women who attended three different high schools in gilroy. the other victim was 24-year-old man. >> san francisco police are searching for the man who stab add cab driver in the financial district. the driver lost control and leveled the bash the suspect may have been delivered. paramedics took the cab driver to the hospital and he is expected to survive. >> new details in the massive five that destroyed a building in january. the blog reports that more than 30 resolution accidents hired a lawyer and will sue the owner one person was killed and 58 others were left hopeless when the building at 122nd and mission went up in flames ruled "accidental." but lawyers accuse the owner of failing to keep the building to safety standards. >> united states senate scandal

gate bridge and one area that has the clouds or seeing the clouds open up a little bit and that is the cape as we head through the afternoon. it will be cooler-than-average all week with clouds and patchy drizzle at night and we will see the pattern shift a little bit this weekend. we will warm and i am not sure we are back to average. look how stubborn the clouds are and by noon we barely have sun inland east bay and to a lesser extent north bay and south bay and by 3:00 we are partly sunny to mostly cloudy and a stray shower possible across the north bay and in the south bay, mid-to-upper 60 from sunny veil santa clara and san jose and 66 and los gatos at 68. we have low-to-mid 60s on the peninsula and 65 at los altos, dropping to 60 in millbrae and mid-to-upper 50s along the coast and a bit sunshine or two and we hit 60 downtown south san francisco and 59 in sauce least and mid-to-upper 60s through the north bay valley and cloverdale is possibly the warm spot at 73 and 61 in richmond

and berkeley and castro valley and fremont are the warm spot at 64 and we will start at 64 in san ramon valley and fairfield and antioch and brentwood could reach 70. tonight we have clouds and drizzle again along the east bay hills and also along the coast. we are in the upper 40s to mid-50s. a couple of swears in the atmosphere will kick up the cloud cover but the bowl of cold air will hang around us and keep us 5- to 10-degrees cooler-than-average and this low will come in on thursday and possibly bring us another chance of a shower. notice the temperatures will remain steady through thursday and then we will start to warm up a little bit and see more sunshine saturday and sunday. have a good morning. >> here is a look from mobile 360 southbound on 280 as we head by this area with manageable traffic. we saw early buildup of traffic but right now, we are riding at full speed and i will turn 360

check out traffic in the northbound direction and you can see moving along just fine as we continue another 180 degrees and look southbound it is clear and calm. we will go to other parts of the bay area and take you over to hayward where we have a serious accident blocking two haynes, southbound 880 we have at least two lanes blocked as we look at golden gate bridge the drive from marin is manageable and in a couple of weekends the last weekend of may doyle drive is closed for continued work so highway one remains open but expect more traffic exact and it starts thursday may 28 through monday june 1st so use the other ways of getting around the bay area. >> a warning for drivers and passengers today wear your seat bees or get a ticket. the national click it or ticket campaign begins today and the minimum penalty is $161 in

went door-to-door looking for this guy but he got away. he crash the the into -- stolen honda into an s.u.v. the miss released the car was stolen and he took off driving the wrong way on highway and interstate 80 and racing through berkeley city streets. three toll dispatch to call off the police and he was not going to be caught. >> the suspect vehicle or car ended up crashing behind me and at that time the driver got out and ran into the residences in the neighborhood. we made sure for safety purposes to check east house and back yesterday to make sure the suspect want still hiding or, in fact breaking into one of the hows. >> i was back down university and i saw him, and citizen or 15

minutes later at the gas station i was buying cigarettes and there were a bunch of lights and a car flipped on the crazy. police searched homes and yards in a one block radius but no sign of him. he told dispatch to call off police, "i do not want to go back to jail." he got away. for now. he succeeded. in the south bay investigators are waiting until dawn to determine the cause of a two alarm grass fire that threatened hopes in san jose. firefighters contained the flame on communications hill east of the freeway at 10:30 last night. the fire burned for an hour and left five to seven acres charred. the fast moving fire spread up a steep hill to homes at the mobile home park. crews determined the tire was out. >> in the east bay firefighters

are trying to figure what sparked a 75-acre grass fire that burned along a 80 near livermore. we were over the scene as the fire burned near the off-ramp at 2:30 yesterday afternoon. high winds made fighting the fire difficult and crept dangerously close to traffic. it was likely an accident possibly started by a passing vehicle. >> now a warning in walnut creek police are investigating an attempted sexual assault on a hiving and biking trail yesterday morning at 10:30 near creekside drive. sky 7 shows the area near where the 16-year-old girl said a man grabbed her. she fought him off and he took off running into an apartment complex. a passing bicyclist may have scared him. the firm was not hurt. >> police hope this surveillance video and a suspect sketch can help find a man who tried to kidnap a girl. this is the suspect's car on

saturday. the girl was walking her dog and the man pulled up asking for directions. here is a sketch of the suspect. the girl said he got out of the car and grabbed her in a bear hug. she fought back and he drove away. >> the deaths of two base upers at yosemite over the weekend have many in the world of extreme sports stunned. 43-year-old dean potter and his climbing participate gradual hunt jumped overlooking el capitan. spotter lost track of them and could not find them by radio. he was a renowned rock climber and base jumper and chronicled jumps with his dog in the swiss alps. whisper was not there for the fatal jump at yosemite. >> investigators have yet to release the identity of a pair glider killed this daly city after crashing into a cliff near mussel rock park.

we have mid-to-upper 70s through the still valley -- the central valley and rain and snow showers around the sierra and showers in san diego and los angeles and mid-to-upper 60s. leyla gulen? >> we are look at mobile 3 circuit traveling northbound 880 heading through fremont, with traffic quite manageable, indeed taking 360 and moving it 180 and looking in the southbound direction and tail lights still are heavier but we at top speeds turning around, again, and we are back on track. we have a serious crash though in the southbound direction and a picture of the richmond-san rafael toll plaza and traffic is packing in and in the north bay northbound traffic is moving slightly and southbound we have a few extra vehicles but as i take you right back into hayward, that is where we have this accident involving four vehicles and one is a motorcycle blocking three trains,
