the smoke and some of the run off. workers are not going to be let into their businesses for a long-term. here are pictures taken by the san jose fire department of the huge flames and plume of smoke from the warehouse next to bow we. a bystander saw the fire and called it in at 12:30 and it went to four alarms of the 100 firefighters and command staff were on the scene and contained it to a fifth of the structure. firefighters sprayed water from the outside. the biggest concern was the chemicals in the building. the biggest danger are came from an auto repair and caming business that uses many chemicals that can eat through clothing and skin. as a result of that, half of the fires on the scene, 45, were put through a decontamination process and sprayed down with water, retested for chemicals and given medical assessments the so far no injuries have

been reported. daylight will help the cleanup and the fire department contacted several other armies including fish and wildlife and the state office of emergency services and the water district. clean up can obviously take a while. they say probably around midday they will have a better idea of how long it will take to clean up and let people back into the businesses to do their jobs. firefighters have to do their job first. >> people reported seeing this flame for miles rising from the refinery at 10:30 last night. fire officials say the refinery has not called for outside help and there have been no reports of anyone complaining of medical problems. flares are part of the normal operations even though they do not happen as often as they did decades ago. >> a mountain lion that wandered into a neighborhood is back in its habitat in the hills near

crystal springs reservoir. the d fish and wildlife said the cat was released last night. it was spotted three times from 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. yesterday near palm and 9th avenue. sky 7 was overhead as police comb the neighborhood with guns drawn searching for the lion before finding it in a backyard. it took a game warden two shots to tranquilize it. a veterinarian checked the mountain lion before it was released and it was healthy. >> warriors begin the quest for the title tonight of the western convince opening the series at home against the rockets. hopes are high against the team we have beaten several times this season. our reporter is inside the oracle arena with the preview. amy? >> yes, historical night the first time they made it to the western conference finals in 39 years. to commemorate the big game look at this, this

felony counts including intent to commit rape. investigators say he is the man seen on surveillance video pushing his way into the girl's home and trying to attack her. she was able to fight him off and he ran away. mohammad khaliqi is a suspect in an attempted sexual assault last month at a market in saratoga. >> california is supporting strict conservation rules. two-thirds of the state is supporting governor brown's call for mandatory water use restrictions. the poll is the first since issuing the order for 25 percent cut in water use. 57 percent believe that farmers could do more to help california save water. >> a wish we had more water. we have scattered drizzle? >> not amounting to much. maybe you will need to use the windshield wipers once or twice. nothing that will help the drought whatever. >> good morning to you west post a.m. is 51 at the cool spot. crissy field and ocean beach and

>> business owners and police in oakland hope matches are peaceful today as people mark malcolm x day. there could be violence and vandalism. merchants are cleaning up after vandals damaged businesses during the may day evens. owners are asked to secure their buildings and make sure that surveillance video systems are working and there are low interest rate loans to help the businesses repair damage. >> the san jose city council will decide whether to give medical marijuana stores more time to meet compliance deadlines. the san jose mercury news reports that only 30 percent of the city's nearly 100 pot shops have agreed to follow new
