we will update the situation when we get more information. >> the coast guard will do a fly over over yesterday's oil spill off the coast. winds may have pushed the oil closer to shore. our reporter is in the newsroom with the latest. >> 21,000 gallons of oil already spilled into the water along the santa barbara coast with the oil slick stretches for 50 yards in the water and four miles along the beach. officials are concerned it could have traveled even further down the coast overnight. the company that operates the pike, houston based all american pipeline has initiated an emergency response plan, a massive clean up effort is underway with extra crews on stand by. the ruptured 4" pipe line was discovered when people in the area noticed a strong odor. >> i got out of the car i went, well dave what is that smell? he said it smells like...power

live from the kgo-tv broadcast center this is abc7 news. >> morning, everyone, on wednesday morning at 5:00 a.m. and appreciate the company. i am eric thomas. >> i am kristen sze along with leyla gulen and meteorologist mike nicco. where is the drizzle? >> the drizzle is out there and the closer you get to the coast the more likely you run into the drizzle. it is not thick and are is no fog. just scattered drizzle on the san jose camera near the shark tank we are not seeing much in the way of drizzle but we were yesterday. that is a difference. the temperatures over the next 12 hours 46-55 through 7:00, mid-50 to mid-60s at 12:00. not so much sunshine 56 to 58 at 4:00 and most of us back in the 50s by 8:00. >> on the roads
