♪dancing and singing ♪baby come on over tonight >> huntington beach will be packed this memorial day though many people might stay out of the water. police spotted more than a dozen great white sharks in the water near the popular sunset beach there are signs posted to warn swimmers and servers. yesterday marine researchers tagged seven great white sharks in the area that tracked their

movements. the sharks have not been aggressive, they're young and mainly feed ago on sting rays. wildlife experts say warm water has increased the amount of prey drawing the sharks. last year there were six unprovoked shark attacks in california. >> the beach def stated by an oil spill will remain closed and not likely open until sometime in afternoon. 105,000-gallons of crude oil powder out of an underground pipeline tuesday, a fifth of that reached the ocean. a official says today the pipeline did not have an automatic shutoff valve. its owner successfully argued in court in the 1980s saying the pipeline didn't need to follow county guidelines because it was part of an interstate network. the number of fish -- a number of fish birds, sea lions and one elephant sale -- seal have been killed. >> up next at 6:00. >> can't really pigeon hole it. there's no specific genre. >> the star of the new movie,

weather, depending on l where you are, this area of low pressure with the low that brought is rainful today will bring showers tomorrow and possibly into monday and we have this ridge building and that's going to bring us slightly warmer numbers tomorrow with a little bit more sunshine as well. the forecast animation shows extensive cloud cover during the morning hour, and showing it cloudy in the morning but no drizzle. we could see some along the coast and then we'll see some sunnier conditions by sunday afternoon, and cloud move in overnight monday with some partly cloudy conditions for memorial day and temperatures coming down just a few degrees. overnight lows in the low to mid-50s. you can find 53 in oakland. 55 in fremont and san jose, 54. now, for tomorrow, look for everything to come up a bit, especially around the bay and inland. at the coast we'll hold steady.
