bridge where travel is smooth across the water offer to the peninsula and at the toll plaza a lane is blocked after a car hit some debris. >> crews are on the scene of an early morning house fire in vallejo starting at 2:45 am firefighters say the house was vacant for 25 years. the homeless man was living inside. they add the fire appears to be "suspicious," but no one was hurt. a new owner has been working to remodel the house. >> residents of a controversial mobile home park could find out when and if though are being evicted with the city council voting on whether to close the park to make way for development. matt keller is in san jose with that story. matt? yes it look like the end of the line for the last mobile home park in palo alto with the city council set to approve the closure at the meeting later today. this has been a long fight.

if november of 2012 the owner of the mobile home park submitted an election to close the park and 400 residents of the park face eviction. an early araisal offered residents $18,000 each to relocate and some consider it too low to move elsewhere this expensive community. the lawyer said that the city council overextend its authority by asking for for the displaced residents. city and county leaders have looked at other options including buying the park and using it as a source of affordable housing for the future but early this month the owner did taught want to discuss a deal. the city council meeting starts at 5:00. it is 5:03 and dub nation is not throwing away the hopes for the title after the warriors lost game four in houston

bottom of hour. >> former 49er lineman ray mcdonald is free on bail after being arrested attacking a woman holding a bennett. he walked out of the santa clara jail and is face domestic violence and child help dangerment charges. the incident happened at 4:00 a.m. yesterday at his house in santa clara. mcdonald was released by the 49ers was released yesterday after this news by the chicago bears. >> he has a hit of legal trouble. in may of last year police were called to his house because of a gun incident. in august, mcdonald was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence against his fiance. in december, mcdonald was havinged for a sexual assault at his home. no charges were filed any of the previous cases. >> police are crediting an alert citizen with helping catch two suspected burglars. these two men broke into a home

on pontiac street yesterday morning. a citizen called police saying they were acting suspiciously and officers found the house had been ransacked and evidence that someone had pried open a door. >> san francisco resident could learn of how much more water they will have to save as california dealing with the drought. the public utilities commission will talk about conservation measures for the remain coming year. the examiner reports san francisco wants to cut water use by 10 percent compared to 2013. residents use an average of 45 gallons a day per person the lowest in the state. economic growth has attracted more workers and more residents to san francisco. >> and there is a dire warning of global warning and the california drought. if we do not take drastic steps we will not be able to stop the drought. he said that even if we stop burning all fossil fuels today

section of pipeline that spilled oil along the california coast could be removed for investigators today. the company also downgraded the amount of oil that may have spilled. the new estimate is 101,000 gallons, 4,000 gallons less than previously thought. the oil blackened area beaches and created a ten square mile slick in the ocean. the public will learn more of a plan do keep the alcatraz ferry at the same place if san francisco that leaves from pier 31 1/2 at embarcadero. the port of san francisco owns the pier. a proposal on a new ten year lease will be presented dug the mission meeting. early this year the national park service revealed they are considering moving the ferries to one of their own piers at ft. mason. >> we will have to wait longtory learn if new england patriots' quarterback tom brady will sit out the first four games of next season. the punishment stems from the role in the scandal involving
