1 abc7 news begins with breaking news. >> a construction site accident under investigation in san francisco right now. >> crews rushed to the scene at the museum of modern art to rescue someone from an elevator shaft. our reporter is there with what happened. >> it happened very quickly. the fire department came and is gone. they did remove the patient a construction worker. they took him to the hospital, san francisco general. the details are kind of sketchy at the moment. the scaffold was inside the elevator shaft if you can picture that. six stories humidity we don't know where he was or how far

seeing total sunshine the east bay. concord at 12 miles per hour and fairfield at 15 miles per hour so not quite so fast. if you head out this friday afternoon or evening to the northern part of san francisco day, san pablo bay watch out for the winds, small craft advisory and southwest wind at 21 to 33 notes from 1:00 o'clock until 8:00 this afternoon into the evening hours. check out how quickly we have sunshine inland east bay and the south bay with a few clouds hanging around the north bay and a push of cloud cover across the golden gate bridge all through the afternoon hours, west wind, right now, at 12 miles per hour. if you are headed down to santa cruz we will see more sunshine with temperatures going to jump up into the mid-70's. as far as temperatures right now, most of us are in the mid-to-upper 50s where the cloud cover is from hair to oakland to napa to san francisco. everyone else is pretty much in the sick already.

and look at santa rosa, 80 at 75 in santa rosa and santa cruz and we will have low-to-mid 80's inland east bay for the warm spot. tonight, cloud cover comes back with patchy light drizzle and the same as this morning low-to-mid 50s here is what is happening, you can see two areas of low pressure pulling away and here is the quick area of high pressure that is going to bring the warmer temperatures inland but not at the coast and this low will induce a deeper sea breeze and a moist sea breeze that will bring us well at highest amount maybe a scattered shower sunday night into monday in the north bay and most of us will wake up with drizzle. check out lake tahoe it looks gorgeous and look how warm the temperatures are running, averages at 67 and ten degrees warmer today tomorrow and, also, through sunday and if you
