the cell phone shows police trying to smash out the windows of the car he was in and arrested him. two people were injured in the accident. it started in the bayview district when officers tried to arrest the man. he europeed into a car. he took off. >> the senate approved a bill to raise the cam minimum wage from $9 to $11 an hour next year. it would up to $13 an hour in 2017. the bill was approved on a 23-15 party-line vote introduced by a san francisco state saturday who said that it is time to do something about the quarter of the 38 million residents would live in poverty. san francisco and oakland's minimum wages will rise to $15 an hour by 2018. >> the san francisco board is scheduled to vote on a proposal to held mission district residents forced out by high housing prices calling for 45 day moratorium on new market race housing. that is where people pay whatever the market value is for
