crews got it out the red cross is on the scene to help those displaced. no word on any injuries. >> in the east bay antioch police are investigating an accident that sent a teen girl to the hospital with critical injuries. it happened around 9:00 p.m. last night. according toen withs the mercedes sedan she was riding if lost control crashed into a large electrical box near an apartment complex. the girl was thrown through the windshield. she was airlifted to children's in oakland. the driver was detained by police for questioning. >> the pedestrian is fighting major injuries after a police chase resulting in a suspect crashing in san francisco south of market. an all out search is on for the driver. amy hollyfield is at 8th and mission. amy? >> christian a friend of victim tells us he was respondive after he was hit but he has been listed in critical condition. he was hit last night about 10:30 here at 8th and mission and police have started following a car because they

thought the robbery suspects were inside driver then fled from officers and immediately hit the pedestrian who tried to get out of the way. >> we are crossing the street and there was a police chase going on and we get out of the way and he got hit by the car that wasening chased. that the police were chasing. >> how bad was it? >> scary. >> police did continue to chase the car a blue four door bmw that was followed over bay bridge they last site of it and they got away. the pedestrian is still in the hospital and i checked with police if there is any news overnight in the search but no news and they have not caught the suspect. we reporting live in san francisco for abc7 news. >> happening today, san francisco police will be conducting two traffic safety operations.

twine after serial killer anderson confessed to kidnapping and murdering her. he died a month later. >> c.h.p. pulled off a tricky rescue after a man suffered a head injury falling from the rocks at the beach. crews say he was drunk and combative. that, plus the tough terrain made them contact c.h.p. officers who conducted an aerial rescue and posted this video on youtube. the man fell unconscious and taken to the hospital. he is identified as a 20-year-old from concord. >> a woman in novato pleaded guiltiy to felony charges of making and storing explosives. 43-year-old mason is expected to receive 150-day jail sentence and three years probation after 87 devices were found in her bedroom in february. may son ignited explosives to intimidate someone. >> new details on a plan to block construction of market rate housing in the mission district. the san francisco board of supervisors has rejected it.
