our reporter, amy hollyfield is outside the home. >> yes, police have just said a man was shot and killed inside this home and his brother was also shot. he is expected to be ohcy. you can see the home still has crime tape surrounding it. police are still here gathering evidence and they have been here for about since hours. here is what it looks like overnight at 12:45 when this happened. the man who survived the gunfire was taken away in an ambulance. several officers were talking to him. we specific to a neighbor who said loud noises woke him up and an officer knocked open the door asking if he her anything and explaining what they were investigating. >> i thought that the the the police said it was a robbery home invasion. i am sure that is what he said he pushed their way into the house, forced their way spat husband. that is what he said. that is all he fed me.
